I'm a male in my 40s, 5'8", 185lbs and a non-smoker.
Now I'm a bellboy in one of the larger casinos in Las Vegas, Nevada.
In the late 70's and 80's I was a daily drinker with an average of two or more pints of whisky. My lifestyles had its toll and not only on the outside, skin wise, but my internal organs started to shut down, mainly my liver. I stopped drinking but I felt that the damage was done.
In January 2002 I had my physical done, a week later my doc gave me the bad news that I have to have my gallbladder removed and my liver was in a very poor condition. Actually my whole health condition was in a downhill state.
I had such dark rings under my eyes that people thought I had been in a fight.
Furthermore I had to be careful with my food intake; through my chronic gastritis I had infrequent bowel movements and I was so constipated, that my bowel movements only happened twice a week.
