   I'm female, 32, 5'6" and my weight was 136 lbs. I have bronchial asthma since childhood and had to use my inhaler up to 10 times daily. At night I often woke up and had to use it.
   Being a bartender in Nevada and constantly exposed to second hand smoke and other pollutants made me use my inhaler even more frequently on my job. Through my eating habits (standing up while eating hasty and lots of fried food) I was constipated and my stomach felt bloated.
   In February 2002, a friend talked highly about these capsules filled with herbal plant extracts, called BioZamas that were supposed to detoxify your body. Regardless of my tight budget and in spite my negative attitude towards taking pills (since childhood I lived more in hospitals than at home and had to take prescription drugs every day of my life). I donated money towards the antioxidant research and received 120 capsules of these herbal extracts.
   I have to mention here, when I got the package, that this was the most efficient packaging, which I ever came across. The product came vacuum-sealed with a clear tamper proof foil on a flat sheet of cardboard, so I could see what I'm getting and for an easy, not bulky transport. On the back of the package there were educational facts about the product, which made sense to me, and the directions were easily understood. Two thumbs up for that kind of packaging!
   I cut a top corner off the BioZamas package and started taking two caps daily according to the directions with some powdered Vitamin C. I stored the opened package in the refrigerator.    Reading the directions, I also learned that powdered Vitamin C dissolved in a liquid, for example orange juice or water, is much more efficient in its absorption rate than taking the Vitamin C in compressed pill form.
   The BioZamas shifted my life almost back to "normal". It took two days until I started eliminating regularly my "toxic waste" twice daily. Through all those prescription drugs I had to take and bad eating habits, my digestive system was totally screwed up and I was constantly constipated.
   By the way, I forgot to mention in the beginning of my testimonial, that I also gave Biozamas to my 8 year old daughter. Through my job, (that makes me feel guilty) I never took time to prepare a healthy diet for her; my 'baby' was suffering from child constipation.
   After finding out for myself that the BioZamas are an outstanding natural constipation remedy, for the first five days I cut a capsule in half and gave my child 1/2 capsule in the morning and 1/2 capsule in the evening before she went to bed.
   The BioZamas helped her child constipation tremendously. I noticed, her bowel movements started normalizing gradually in days. After a week I gave her in the morning one whole capsule for the day.
   A very cute situation happened, when I was busy and sometimes I forgot to give her a BioZamas, then she pulled on my sleeve and said: "Mom, where is it, I want my 'black cap'!"
   Obviously she liked them too.







   Oh boy, I started feeling lighter and healthier every day! The most positive, unexpected thing happened after taking the caps for two weeks; in this time period the' wheezing' in my chest started to disappear and I had fewer and fewer Asthma attacks! I was able to reduce gradually my inhaler use up to 90 percent less.
   Not waking up in the middle of the night and having to use the inhaler was such a blessing. That these herbal extracts had such a positive effect on asthma was never mentioned in the description.
   I haven't felt this good with an overall "being well feeling" since my early twenties, which is hard to describe. Additionally I lost about 15 lbs body weight in four weeks and my skin complexion improved.
   I write this statement to give the developer of this amazing product the positive feedback, how much it helped me with my asthma and also about the reduced inhaler use. This effect should be mentioned in the product description on the package.
   The BioZamas might help thousands of other people with asthma attacks all over the world. They never gave me a sick or weird feeling from side effects unlike some prescribed asthma drugs did to me.
   After two months taking two capsules daily, I reduced my intake to one daily, keeping my inhaler use to a minimum.
   With this statement I want to let everybody know what a great product this is, and that it is definitely worth taking… because it works.
