Our research showed that each capsule should be taken with 500- 1,000mg, preferably powdered, crystalline vitamin C, which has a much better absorption rate than vitamins in a compressed pill form. and with at least one-cup (250ml) liquid in the morning before food intake and in the evenings after food intake.
